Empire acquires AmeriWater from Suez North America
U
S-based private investment firm Empire Investment Holdings Llc has completed the acquisition of AmeriWater Llc – a major provider of water treatment systems and products for dialysis, healthcare and industrial applications – from Suez North America Inc. ‘We are pleased to partner with such a well respected market leader and are prepared to provide the AmeriWater team with the support and resources required for it to achieve impactful growth,’ commented David Alfonso, Executive Chairman, Empire. Evan Yellin, Managing Director, EC Mergers & Acquisitions, an independent investment banking firm, added: ‘This was one of several transactions our firm completed with Empire 16
