In the above-mentioned article, the authors acknowledge the work of Barber, R.W. and Emerson D.R. for Appendix A. entitled “Slip boundary condition” which is a part of the report: Barber, R.W. and Emerson D.R. “Numerical Simulation of Low Reynolds Number Slip Flow Past a Confined Microsphere” Report No. DL-TR- 01-001, CLRC Daresbury Laboratory, May 2001. The authors regret that a number of sentences, with only minor modifications, were included without proper citation to their source. By incorporating these sentences rather than properly quoting them, the authors failed to give proper credit to the original authors.
