High pressure capability gear p u m p s from Bosch
A 30 m o d e l r a n g e o f h i g h pressure capability gear pumps is now available from Robert Bosch. The g e a r p u m p s a r e i n t e n d e d for use w i t h m i n e r a l oils in a wide v a r i e t y of a p p l i c a tions, from p l a n t a n d m a c h i n e r y to steering systems, m o b i l e a p plications and powerpacks. Bosch gear p u m p s a r e p r o d u c e d in four different versions, B, F, N, a n d G, w i t h different displacements obtained by using gears of different widths. The t o t a l Bosch r a n g e of gear p u m p s e x t e n d s from 1 cm3/rev to 56 cmS/rev. I n t e r i m m o d e l s a r e available w i t h h i g h e r pressure capability. There a r e a wide variety of mounting options available. The gear pumps are e q u i p p e d w i t h 12 t e e t h to keep flow d i s t r i b u t i o n a n d n o i s e e m i s s i o n t o m i n i m u m levels. The i n t e r n a l sealing is p r e s s u r e sensitive for o p t i m u m efficiency. F u r t h e r v a r i a t i o n s are available t h r o u g h t h e use of different flanges, shafts, valves a n d multiple pump combinations.
