Nikkiso Co Ltd has entered into an agreement to acquire the business and trademarks of California, USA-based Cryogenic Industries Inc, including ACD LLC, Cosmodyne LLC, Cryoquip LLC and Cryogenic Industries AG and their 18 subsidiaries,
in a deal valued at around US$438 million. Founded more than 50 years ago, Cryogenic Industries makes cryogenic equipment, including centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, for industrial gas, LNG and energy

Sulzer is supplying 12 feedwater pumps and 11 AHLSTAR pumps for the Kilpilahti combined heat and power plant in Porvoo, Finland.
ST9 Gas + Oil plans to roll out a number of new products this year, including well service pumps, well stimulation pumps, fluid ends, seats and valves, plungers, packing, high pressure flow control products and safety products.
An order from EPC contractor Técnicas Reunidas involves 12 feedwater pumps for steam and power production. The pumps will be manufactured at Sulzer’s factory in Bruchsal, Germany and should be delivered by early summer 2017.

AHLSTAR pumps, which will be produced by Sulzer in Finland, are being delivered in spring 2017. These pumps will be installed in the flue gas cleaning systems in two of three boiler plants that Valmet will deliver to Técnicas Reunidas.
