How to use the indices: 1. Find the author or substance in the double column alphabetical listing. 2. Note the entry ID's in the second and/or the third column under the author or substance. 3. An entry ID is of form: XXX-YYY xxx: three-digit page number, may be suppressed. yyy: three-digit in xxx, leading zeros
