Barrel perforation patterns are available in custom diameter and pattern configurations to optimize the plating application. These include new straight slot and curve slot patterns, which provide reduced dragout, improved productivity, and significant cost savings compared to conventional round perforations. Computer controls are offered to provide enhanced real-time monitoring and control and flexible report generation.

The combination of the Sterling Button Contact Barrel with the Flo King Filter Pump is now available and may be the answer to plating parts that nest, tangle, or are too delicate for conventional danglers. The all-polypropylene construction of the Sterling Barrel with its molded mesh insures the greatest flow of current to the internal contacts distributing the current evenly throughout the load. The Flo King pump provides a continuous flow of metal-rich solution to the inside of the cylinder directly onto the parts. This barrel is recommended for electroless plating.
