Door styles are available in single door, dual door, split door, and sliding door, with and without clamps. Portable and minibarrels are offered for small-lot plating needs.

At the top of the lift movement, air from transporter-mounted low-pressure fans enters through the upper opening of the barrel and is directed through the workload to the lower opening. This air stream increases the solution draining from the barrel, resulting in a significant reduction of in-process chemicals, water, and emuent chemical requirements.
