Super Filtration Systems employ all polypropylene construction insuring con'osion-free operation. Systems are available with cartridge, disk, or pleated bag media; flow rates to 6,000 gph; and a self-priming pump or Promag magdrive option. Warrender Ltd. offers over 100 filter models including the Plasmag line, an economical filtration system with performances to 1,200 gph and the ultimate Chemag line with capabilities to 20,000 gph.
Beckart Environmental's complete line of Hy-Pack filter press systems provide excellent solids retention and the flexibility to meet specific effluent requirements. Hy-Pack systems feature durable, dependable polypropylene filter plates, simple operation, and tough polypropylene filter cloths. Their automatic presses (630 mm through 1,200 mm) feature 100% air operation, with auto open and close, air blowdown, and expansion capability as standard features. A wide range of options are available, designed to readily interface with existing equipment and accommodate future plant process changes.

Horizontal Disk Filtration Systems Mefiag Div., Met-Pro Corp. Harleysville, Pa. Mefiag's Model HF filter systems are available with flow rates to 18,000 gph. Low-profile disks provide maximum surface area for high-efficiency filtration. These systems utilize an all-fiberglass pump with choice of mechanical seals for superior corrosion resistance. HF systems include Mefiag's exclusive lid-lifting device, which allows for easy maintenance of filter media. Mefiag also offers All-Pro filter systems featuring all-polypropylene construction and magnetic drive all-polypropylene pump with precoated flow rates to 2,500 gph.

Siebec Fontaine, France The P1000 system is a filter with very large filtering surface area and a huge filtration capacity. The filter chambers are made from polypropylene with a molded double wall. All parts in contact with the liquid are nonmetallic for use with the most corrosive liquids in many chemical industries including electroplating and metal finishing. The P1000 is available with a choice of filtration methods including filter papers and plates, high-capacity reusable pleated cartridges, and disposable filter cartridges.
