Metheus in Europe The Metheus SL400 display system is to be sold in the UK and Switzerland by Data Type International. Developed in the USA by Metheus Corporation, the SL400 has a 1024 x 1024 pixel display. Versions with four or eight memory planes are available, providing 16 or 256 displayable colours. A combination of dedicated hardware and firmware are used to provide a vector drawing speed of IM/sec and area fill at 16M/sec. Parallel interfaces to DEC equipment and an RS232C serial interface are available. The SL400 is available as a graphics system including display, or as a display controller. (Metheus Corporation,
