Journal of Composite Structures Annual Award-1995 As a means of recognising the continuing high standard of Papers published by this Journal in 1994 it was decided to initiate an Annual Award for the paper judged by the International Editorial Board to have made the most significant contribution to knowledge in Composite Structures in a particular year. After much difficulty, due to the exceptionally high standard of papers in 1995 the award was bestowed upon: Ahmed K. Noor, James H. Starnes Jr and Jeanne M. Peters Thevmomechanical Postbuckling of Multilayered Composite Panels with Cutouts Volume 30 (1995) No. 4 pp 369-388
