Price: £51.00. This is a useful introduction for beginners and, for those who already have some experience, a guide to other applications. It starts at the beginning, with an account of why the first instruments were developed with two magnets in series. The authors then discuss types of instrument, reactions that occur, applications of the technique and, in about the last third of the book, examples of specific analytical applications, which include pollutants. industrial products such as surfactants, and petroleum products.
