Ml was modelled on 36 dogs with normal-, hyperand hyporeectivtty, followed by introduction of calcium chloride or verepamil hydrochloride. It was shown that the effect of calcium end blockers of calcium channels in the dynamics of necrotic processes largely depends upon the initial reactivity condition and is realized through changing POL. Calcium not only increases organism’s reactivity but also, accelerates necrotic processes and due to this, aggravates the level of impairments during healing of high reactivity strrbe. But, it normalizes and contributes to optimization of the healing prooess in animals w&h lowered resctivity. Consequently, blockers of calcium channels weaken necrodc processes in MI and lead tu its bettsr healing if there is increased reaotivity and aggravEhe impairments in healing when the animal’s reactivity is lowered. Therefore, organism’s reectivity should be taken into consideration for the appropriate usage of calcium preparations end blockers of calcium channels.

60 dogs were experimented on, using a MI model on the background of the organism’s normo-. hyperand hyporeaotivfty (without and corralatively with the introduction of pyrogenal and azathioprine). The influence of hyperand hypoglycaemia was studied on the healing of the MI. The state of the organism’s reactivity was controlled by the contents of ACTH, adrenaline, cortisol in the blood and quantity of leucocytes in the first 24hrs of the MI. The dynamics of nscratic processes was noticed by studying the contents of espartate aminotransferase, creatine kinase and diene conjugehes. It was established that hyperand hypoglycaemia changed the healing process of MI. The optimization or worsening of Ml healing processes are determined by forms of the organism’s reactivity and is realized through the dynamics of the necrotic and reparative processes.

N. I. Yabluchansky, V.N. Sokrut, Ju.L. Voljansky, S.N. Panchuck INFLAMMATORY PROCESS FORMS AND HYOCARDIAL INFARCTION (MI) TERMINATIONS Kharkov research institute of microbiology and immunology, Ukraine The role of inflammatory process in MI terminations has been investigated in experiment including SO dogs in three equal series. In series l(i) the drugs, which influence inflammatory process, were not used. In series 2(ii) during first 5 days amidopirine was injected, and in series S(iii) - prodygyosan. On 1-15 day the concentrations of adrenocorticotrepic hormone, hydrocortisone, myoglobin, gammaglutamyltranspeptidase, leucotriens 84, products of degradation of fibrinogen and fibrin were determined. In 3, 5, 9, 15 days the zone of MI was investigated on autopsy. In (i) the values of all indexes were intermediate, in (ii) - the lowest, in (iii) - the highest. In (i) the natural change of alterative and reparative phases cells were to be observed in dynamics of observation. In (ii) intensification and delay in the reactions of alterative phase cells with delay of evolution of reparative phase cells were marked. In (iii) the evolution of alterative phase cells and reparative phase cells were weakened and delayed. In (i) the zone of MI was healed by cicatrix and in (ii, iii) the postmyocardial infarction aneurism developed in the region of necrosis. The aneurism was larger in (iii). s.193
