Dividends sä Pentair plc will distribute a regular quarterly cash dividend of US$0.345 per share on 4 August 2017 to shareholders of record on 21 July 2017. Having recently announced plans to split into two separate, publicly-traded companies, through a spin-off of its Electrical business to shareholders (see News, front page), Pentair says that it expects to continue to pay its quarterly dividend until the deal is finalized. The separation is expected to be completed in 2018. www.pentair.com sä The Gorman-Rupp Co has announced a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.115 per share on the common stock of the company, which is payable on 9 June 2017 to shareholders of record on 15 May 2017. This marks the 269th consecutive quarterly dividend that Gorman-Rupp has paid. Grundfos teams up with TaKaDu to accelerate water digitalization

rundfos is partnering with integrated event management solutions provider TaKaDu to accelerate the use of big data for greater water network efficiency. The collaboration brings together Grundfos’s technological expertise and TaKaDu’s analytical event management solutions. The two companies are already exploring partnership opportunities with a joint pilot at Danish water utility company Frederikshavn Forsyning. “Being a global leader in our segment, we have worked with connected solutions for quite a while, and we have got the experience and technological capability to offer monitoring services to our customers. ephros Inc’s ultrafilters are to be used in WorldWater & Solar Technologies Inc’s solar powered drinking water systems under a partnership agreement between the two US companies.
