STUDY CLUB NEWS NEW ACTIVE MEMBERS Dr. Albert Goerig, Fort Knox, presented a paper on "Clinical photography and the endodontist" when the Kentucky Endodontic Association met in conjunction with the Kentucky Dental Association at the Gait House in Louisville. The Western Pennsylvania Academy of Endodontists held a meeting in conjunction with the Pittsburgh Society of Periodontology in Oakland, Pa, June 20. The featured clinician, Dr. Herbert Schilder of Boston, spoke on "Attachment apparatus diseases."

NEWS BRIEFS Chicago: Dr. Gerald M. Cathey, secretary of the American Board of Endodontics, has announced 1979 examination dates. The written examination will be held Nov 1 at Northwestern University in Chicago, and the oral examination is planned Nov 2-3 at the Sheraton Plaza Hotel in Chicago. Atlanta: The Journal of Endodontics extends its appreciation to Dr. Albert Goerig and his staff for excellent photographic coverage o~" the AAE annual meeting in Atlanta this year. His photography will enable the AAE to maintain a photo file of the meeting. Atlanta: A 29-page document, "A manual for table clinic chairman for the American Association of Endodontists" is available from the AAE Central Office. This publication was prepared by Dr. Manuel I. Weisman, table clinic chairman for the 1979 annual meeting in Atlanta.
