Vacuum pumping stations The PackageLine pumping station series, from Pfeiffer Vacuum, is designed to be used in conjunction with dry, inert and non-reactive gases and gas mixtures. The units are a combination of a rotary vane vacuum pump and roots vacuum achieve pump. They can pumping speeds from 240 to 5,500m3/h. In addition, the pumping stations can achieve final pressures down to 3x10Zmbar.
