Not All Heat in Chili Peppers.--Nutritionists are no longer puzzled as to the source of Vitamin A in the Mexican diet. According to the Bureau of Home Economics preliminary tests indicate that the Vitamin A content of air-dry chili pepper is very high-two to three times that of a good grade butter. C.
