laparoscopic appendectomy is a very easy and straight forward procedure. Any surgeon will assume that residents could and should be able to complete it using a single incision. I'm therefore not sure we need a study to show that a single incision lap appe would be “safe and feasible”. One would assume it is. Now a single incision lap chole done by residents on the other hand… Anonymous reviewer
