pH CONTROL SYSTEM

has been developed t h a t allows complete recovery of all wastewater, resulting in solids being the only waste product. This process solves most of the problems associated with wastewater recovery and reuse including no liquid discharge to the sewer, no membranes or resins to be fouled, no large energy requirements to operate, low capital investment, and low operating costs. The system is based on electrocoagulation of impurities and filtration removal.

The Oakite pH Control S y s t e m , Model 893, is pretested and prewired. Electronically, the system automatically monitors and adjusts the pH of different processes to a predetermined level through a pH electrode in the solution t a n k or line. If pH drops below the preset level, an electronic controller activates the feed pump until the preset pH level is regained, and then the pump is shut off. Standard features include audible high and low pH alarms, proportional 4 to 20 milliamp output for computer interfacing, and a chemical-resist a n t feed pump.
