Computer, since your inception, you have been put to many uses, Usually so perfect, leaving no need for alibis or excuses. You have solved the most intricate problems in higher mathematics, Search cures for ills from cancer to rheumatics. Of late your intuitive talents have been utilized in solving crime, Have even been commissioned to write poetry in rhyme, To categorize jobs and help conquer unemployment, Thus ease man’s burdens, release him for more enjoyment. Men and women trust you to arrange their dating, Leading to courtship and eventual mating, You have been challenged to play games of chess, At a concert to choose the program no less. Now, I of you ask only this profound favor, Which to me would be a nerve and time saver, The gist of my intriguing and urgent request Is, “Which checkout counter in the super market would be the quickest.
