POWER PACKS FOR SELECTIVE PLATING
DIGITAL POWER SUPPLY
SIFCO Selective Plating www.brushplating.com
Precision Process Equipment www.precisionprocess.com
The new and improved model HD 75 power pack meets all standard selective (brush) plating requirements as well as requirements for selective anodizing. The unit features an amperage output of up to 75 A, a voltage output of up to 30 V, and is available in both 115 and 230-V input. The HD 75 model’s design includes a corrosionresistant plastic front overlay panel and membrane switches for easier maintenance. It also offers an optional computer interface/calibration software package. HD 75 model power pack units are all CE compliant. They are also available in 300- and 500-A output models.
The PS-1OA switch-mode power supply is specially designed to regulate current or voltage for tight tolerance processes at less than 1% ripple at full load (10 VDC @ 10 A). The current is programmable in 0.001-A increments. The controller can be programmed and used as a stand-alone unit or operated remotely through the serial communication port using ModBus protocol. A userprogrammable feature to detect and alarm abnormal voltage variations in the process through a relay output is standard. A 115/230 VAC input power switch is optional.
