Dr. WIU. H. GREENE, President, in the chair. The object of this meeting was to afford the members the opportunity of hearing a lecture by Dr. Ernest Milliau. Director of the Government Testing Methods of Testing Fats and Laboratory at Marseilles, France, on “The Oils.” The lecture was delivered for the purpose of furthering the adoption of uniform methods of testing and of expressing results. A vote of thanks to the lecturer was carried, and it was voted also to refer the lecture for publication in the JozrnnZ as part of the proceedings of the Section. WM. C. DAY, .5&?-e&Y. Adjourned.
