Digilube SystemsInc. introduced the DL-60 programmable cleaner, an advanced programmablecleaner that can better the performance, cleanliness,and service life of monorail systemsand the quality of painted parts. The Digilube DL-60 automatically or manually removesdirt, rust, paint, and scale from chains and trolleys without stopping or slowing production. Its custom-engineered. crimped steel brushesare configured to the individual conveyor, and brush tension automatically adjusts for most efficient action. The DL-60 has two standard reversing motors, each Yi hp, 120 V, 60 cycles. Its heavyduty bearingsare self-aligning, shielded, and sealedfor maximum service life. A programmabletimer is easy to use.

The low-maintenance KC:H Transport + is a transporting mechanism to easily trar lSfer work through a processing sequence. The computerized syste:m features modular construction with frequency drive hcJrraizontal travel control for smooth acceleration/decelel tion.
