Report of the CODATA Task Group on Multisatellite Thematic Mapping A special edition of the CODATA Bulletin, Number 62, entitled “Methodology for Multisatellite Thematic Mapping”, was published in October 1986. The contents of the report include chapters on: Geology and Mineralization in Tanzania Image Preprocessing for Line Detection Based on Local Structure Analysis The GEOMULTI Database Management System Multisatellite Data Processing Legend and Interpretation of the Multisatellite Thematic Map. The publication is 85 pages long and includes a colour fold-out insert showing Multisatellite Thematic Mapping on Tanzania -NOAA 7, Meteosat 2 and Landsat 2, in addition to photos and diagrams within the text. Copies of the CODATA report are avaiable from Pergamon Journals, Inc. in the USA for North American customers and from Pergamon Journals, Ltd in the UK for the remainder of the world.
