self-concept "Journey into the OR nurse's self-concept" seminars will afford the participants the opportunity to explore the various facets of their self-concept, thus enhancing selfactualization. Carol Alexander, RN, MS, AORN director of education, and Karin Sobeck, RN, quality control representative, Swedish Medical Center, Englewood, Colo, will be the leaders.
