In previous issues of Behavior Therapy and the Behavior Therapist, the Editor encouraged authors to submit manuscripts addressing cost-effectiveness, cost-benefits, and quality of life for cognitive and behavioral approaches. Several manuscripts were submitted in response to this call, and all were subjected to the regular review process. When this issue went to press, the two manuscripts which follow had been accepted for publication. Other articles will appear in a future issue. Because of the importance of this topic, the Editor will continue to encourage and welcome submissions addressing these aspects.
