recently made a change to utilize its expertise in crosslinker technology, the company says. The company combined its isophorone chemistry and epoxy curing agents business into its Crosslinkers Business Line, a move that took effect July 1. The new business line falls into the company's Resource Efficiency Segment and covers the chain of isophorone chemistry, including: isophorone, diamine, di-isocyanate and polyisocyanate. The move, the company says, was made to make things a little easier for customers. The line offers a broad range of products for use in coatings and adhesives, highperformance elastomers and composites and civil engineering, and the company adds that the portfolio also contains amine curing agents for ambient and heat cure applications. The company says that the combination of businesses was spurred by its acquisition of Air Products specialty additives business in January. Evonik most recently gained the European Commission's approval to acquire Huber Silica with the conditional divestments of Evonik's precipitated silica dental business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa; and Huber Silica's precipitated silica defoamer business and hydrophobic precipitated silica business in the European Economic Area.

Employers required to submit injury reports electronically under the new rule include those with more than 250 employees that are required to keep records of workplace injuries, and those with between 20 and 249 employees that are in certain "high-risk'' industries, including construction and manufacturing. OSHA announced in May that it would be proposing a delay, but did not provide specifics at that time. That announcement came shortly after news reports highlighted the fact that OSHA's electronic reporting website, where affected employers would be
