Fertil SterilI996;66:292-298 INSTRUCTIONS OBJECTIVES: After reading the designated articles published in Fertility and Sterility®, participants of the Fertility and Sterility® Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program should be able to demonstrate an increased knowledge of reproductive medicine. Participants should be able to evaluate the clinical data and apply it to the care of their patients. CREDIT/ACCREDITATION INFORMATION: The Fertility and Sterility® CME Program provides an opportunity to earn 24 Category I CME credits per year, and also meets the criteria for earning 24 cognate hours provided by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. The four articles selected each month throughout the year which are the designated course reading will provide 2 CME credits monthly. This CME activity fulfills the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) essentials. The American Society for Reproductive Medicine is accredited by the 338

ACCME to sponsor continuing medical education to physicians. In the June and December issues a separate CME section will be published where the reader will find the learning objectives and the multiple choice questions for each of the designated articles. Program participants should answer the questions and return the answers with the registration fee. The program is provided at a cost of$3.00 (U.S. dollars) per credit hour or $36.00 for each six month's period ofparticipation. The participant should retain a copy of the examination. A passing grade must be achieved. Documentation of satisfactory completion, the correct answers and a course evaluation form will be mailed every six months.
