NOVEMBER 1976 ISSUE (77 pp.): During November 1976, the number of international arrivals to the U.S. totaled 980,075, reflecting a moderate 5.3 percent increase over the November 1975 level. The November arrival figures brought the II-month total to nearly 16.5 million, establishing a level 12.2 percent ahead of the volume recorded during the first 11months of 1975. Additionally, this year's ll-month sum also surpassed the total number of foreign visitors which traveled to the U.S. during the entire year of 1975 -- 15.7 million. The report contains a°complete tabulation of this month's tourism statistical data. This month's issue is also devoted to an anaylsis of the anticipated developments in the international travel markets to and from the United States in 1977. Tables and Charts. DECEMBER 1976 ISSUE (47 pp. ): Du~ing the month of December, international arrivals to the U.S. numbered 988,000 representing a 3.8 percent decline from the December 1975 volume. This decrease resulted from a significant drop in Mexican visitors during this month. The data are tabulated and presented in the first part of the report.
