All papers will be reviewed by the members of International Programme Committee and by the Editorial Board members. Presented full, short papers and posters will be published in the conference proceedings with ISBN of ISSN. The Institute for Scientific Information, INSPEC IEE, Cambridge Scientific Abstracts and others will review them for citation purposes.
