Your ACS Division 2010 is shaping to be one of the most active years for DivCHAS that I can remember in a very long time. The two national meetings, one in San Francisco (where these photos were taken) and again in Boston are two of the most popular ACS meeting cities there are and the division programming for each meeting is packed with first-rate information. Our programming chair, Debbie Decker from UC Davis has put forth a yeoman effort to bring together full technical sessions for each meeting. It is been said that ‘‘many hands make light work.’’ I would like to cordially invite you to get active in your technical division—there are many opportunities to help out. Here are a few photos of some of the happenings around the division. If you missed San Francisco, I cordially invite you to come to the Boston meeting!
