Cancer, Wednesday, September 10, Dr. Robert A. Kimbrough, Philadelphia, Chairman, with the cooperation of Dr. John Randall, Iowa City; Dr. Charles L. Martin, Dallas; Dr. Joe V. Meigs, Boston; and Dr. Herbert Schmitz, Chicago. 3. Cesarean Section on Thursday, September 11, Dr. Edward Schumann, Philadelphia, Chairman, with the cooperation of Dr. Edward G. Waters, Jersey City; Dr. Edward Davis, Chicago; Dr. E. D. Plass, Iowa City; and Dr. William Benbow Thompson, Hollywood. The afternoon meetings of the Medical Section of the Congress will consider the Psychosomatic Aspects of Pregnancy on Tuesday; Pregnancy Complicated by Heart Disease, Diabetes, and Tuberculosis on Wednesday; and Recent Advances in Endocrinology on Thursday. Round table discussions from 4:00 to 5:00P.M. daily will consider such topics as abortions, asphyxia, fibroids, prolonged labor, infertility, early ambulation, uterine bleeding, nutrition in pregnancy, endometriosis, the Rh factor, erythroblastosis, geriatric gynecology, and other pathologic conditions relating to obstetrics and gynecology. Concurrent round table sessions will be held for nurses, hospital administrators, and public health workers. A scientific and educational exhibit under the direction of Dr. J. P. Pratt of Detroit and a comprehensive motion picture program under the guidance of Dr. John Parks of Washington are in process of development. Those wishing to make applications for space in these exhibits, especially for time on the cinema program, are urged to make early application. Necessary blanks may be obtained from the office of the Congress, 24 West Ohio Street, Chicago 10, Illinois. Better hurry! On Friday, the last day of the Congress, the entire morning will be given over to the program of the National Federation of Obstetric-Gynecologic Societies. Dr. .Tames S.
