Mitchell-Bate's Armor-Clad Rack System is a technologically advanced plating rack design that requires less maintenance, provides better plating thickness distribution, and uses far less electrical current than standard plastisol coated racks. The diversity of the Armor-Clad rack allows for use of the same mainframe for all parts, which drastically reduces future rack costs. The result is a rack system that increases production, lowers cost per part, and increases profits.

D & W Tool manufactures racks, hooks, wire forms, and flat springs for the powder coating, paint metallizing, and sputtering industries using specific materials that meet the demand of each industry. The company manufactures V, VC, double-C, and S hooks. Modular racks can be made to any height and length and are slotted so that the distance between each hook can be adjusted to fit different pieces. Other racks include fixture racks and powder coating masking racks. The masking racks allow for the coating of a certain piece while leaving the masked portion undisturbed.

Servi-Sure's Master Frame is a complete racking system designed to maximize part density by holding individual racks, top and bottom, rather than having them swing through the tank on separate hooks. Rack sections are loaded off-line where there is ample workspace for loading and unloading parts or using automatic and semiautomatic racking machines. Evenly dispersed anodic film thickness is made more likely since the current flows through the top and bottom of the rack. Master Frame can be fastened directly to the work bar improving electrical continuity. A variety ofinterchangeable rack sections are available for the Master Frame system.
