1. Find the author or substance in the double column alphabetical listing. 2. Note the entry ID's in the second and/or the third column under the author or substance. 3. An entry ID is of the following form: xxx-YYY xxx: a three-digit page number, leading zeros may be suppressed. reference number in page xxx, YYYZ a three-digit leading zeros are reserved.
