VAT's new 1~' high vacuum gate valve. The 2 7 4 nude ionization gauge from Granville Phillips.
Available from size DN 63 (2" inn-dia) to DN 400 (16" inn-dia) with all commonly used flanges.
Pressure c o n t r o l l e r f o r n o n - l i n e a r sensors. For process control the field proven pressure controllers for VAT Series 61 butterfly valves and Series 64 control gate valves are now available in a special version for sensors with non-linear voltage output. These controllers may now be used with all pressure sensors that have a logarithmic voltage output as a function of pressure in the range to be controlled. Therefore thermal conductivity, cold cathode and hot cathode ionization gauges like the TPG300 and IMF300 from Balzers (other manufacturers' units are under test) can now be used in combination with the VAT control butterfly and control gate valves. New ionization gauge from Granville-Phillips The 274 nude ionization gauge from Granville-Phillips is designed to help reduce vacuum system setup time by allowing the installer to connect the gauge cable to the gauge quickly and error-free in one operation. In contrast to other common gauge-connector designs, the new gauge and self-aligning connector provide: single self-aligning plug for fat, error-free interconnection strain relief for the gauge pin ceramic headers locking mechanism to prevent unplanned disconnects pin shield to decrease shock hazard gold plated pin contacts to enhance reliability. Tosoh introduces a single-piece, all-aluminium sputtering target specifically designed for the Dura T M source cathode which is used in the Endura 5500 PVD System. E-Beam welded for higher integrity at a lower cost, this singlepiece target offers twice the target life of a solder-bonded target.
