T h e first ch a p te r calls a t tention to the d estructive factors o f m aloc clusion an d p erio d o n tal disease. T h e in fluence of occlusion is well p rese n ted , rec ognizing posterio r an d incisal concepts, an d im p o rta n t genetic to leratio n .
