Evoqua and Neptune Benson purchase Delta UV

voqua Water Technologies and its Neptune-Benson business have acquired Delta Ultraviolet Corp (Delta UV), a manufacturer and marketer of UV-C technology, from Bio UV SAS. UV-C technology is used to disinfect water and destroy harmful micro-organisms in other liquids. Founded in 1999, Gardena, California, USA-based Delta UV has developed an award-winning range of UV systems providing water treatment solutions for pool and spa applications. New structure unveiled for Alfa Laval

lfa Laval will have a new organizational structure from 1 January 2017, based on three industry-oriented business divisions: Marine, Food & Water and Energy. The divisions will consist of product-based business units. Operations will remain a common supply chain, but with closer ties to the business unit structure. The three regional sales functions will be consolidated into one Global Sales & Service organization. “Forming the Marine division back in 2011 was a successful move. Now we follow up with a Food & Water division and an Energy division,” said Tom Erixon, president and CEO of Alfa Laval. The new structure will result in a smaller group management, going from 11 to nine members.
