Published four times a year it deals with stamps, postcards, phonecards, pictures, postmarks etc. In the issue seen there are 30 pages and there are 8 in colour including the front and back covers. This venture is non-profitmaking and currently has subscribers in Italy, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland but none from Great Britain!
