Hayward Tyler increases power at UK site
Gorman–Rupp to acquire National Pump Co
Pump and valve manufacturer Hayward Tyler Group Ltd has uprated the power infrastructure at its core testing facility in Luton, UK.
The Gorman-Rupp Co is planning to buy National Pump Co LLC, the Glendale, Arizona headquartered manufacturer of vertical turbine line shaft pumps, submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, high pressure booster pumps and packaged pump station systems.

Flowserve concrete volute pumps for Dallas flood control Flowserve Corp has won a US$7.5 million order for a flood control pumping project in Dallas, Texas. The pumps will be the first Flowserve concrete volute pumps sold in the United States specifically for flood control service. The order, which was received from Bar Construction of Dallas, includes concrete volute pumps, motors, variable frequency drives and associated equipment, as well as a spare motor
