The cutback means that federal grants to dental, medical, and osteopathic schools will be trimmed from $1,390 per student to $1,072. The President has asked Congress to end capitation aid entirely in fiscal year 1980. (4-30)

John J. Houlihan, First District trustee, and Eugene A. Savoie, Fourteenth District trustee. Also, Dr. Robert I.
