The filter d e s i g n allows a s i g n i f i c a n t l y higher flow c a p a c i t y t h a n p r e v i o u s l y offered before i n this envelope, s a y s the c o m p a n y . The filter a s s e m b l y h a s a d i a m e t e r of 25 m m w h i c h i n a k e s it e a s y to install. It is 100 % integrity a n d h e l i u m leak tested, a n d c o n t a i n s a f l u o r o c a r b o n e l e m e n t , w h i c h is c o n s t r u c t e d of a F I F E m e d i u m , a n d a PFA 4 4 0 t t P g r a d e Teflon core. The 316L h o u s i n g , c o n s t r u c t e d of e l e c t r o p o l i s h e d s t a i n l e s s steel, exceeds VIM/VAR specifications, a n d the O - r i n g c o n s i s t s of Teflon e n c a p s u l a t e d Viton. It is m a n u f a c t u r e d a n d p a c k a g e d in a cleanroom environment.
