Aims and Scope Diagnostic Microbiology and infectious Disease is a journal for the publication of manuscripts that deal with the latest developments in clinical microbiology and the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases. Manuscripts submitted should appeal to an audience drawn from disciplines including medicine, microbiology, epidemiology, medical technology, and public health, and should be oriented to the diagnostic microbiology laboratory and its role in the identification and treatment of infectious disease.
