The Institute qf International Education (809 United Nations Plaza, New York, NY 10017) is offering awards for overseas graduate study, research in academic fields, or professional training in the creative and performing arts. The grants are provided for the purpose of increasing mutual understanding between the people of the United States and those of other countries through the exchange of persons, knowledge, and skills.
