Interdisciplinary Surface Science Conference, (ISSC 6) to be held at the University of Warwick, Warwick, England. Under the sponsorship of the Thin Films and Surfaces Group of the Institute of Physics, in association with the Vacuum Group, the sixth conference, like others in the series, will cover a broad range of topics and will include in particular: semiconductor surfaces, both experimental and theoretical; surface plasmons; EXAFS related to catalysis; inverse photoemission; scattering of molecules and atoms from surfaces; thermionic cathodes; nucleation and growth of films; chemisorption and catalysis; electrode-electrolyte
