as all h e a t i n g a n d v e n t i l a t i n g applications. Beeston Heating says the n e w p u m p s allow it to p r o v i d e a s e r v i c e in areas in w h i c h it w a s n o t p r e v i o u s l y active. T h e NB s e r i e s p u m p s are very robust and are d e s i g n e d to t a k e a g r e a t d e a l o f h a r d wear. T h e y have a s i m p l e b u t s t r o n g c o n s t r u c t i o n and b e c a u s c s o m e models feature a two-stage design, small d e l i v e r y f l o w s at high delivery heads can be reached. The p u m p s are very efficient and l o w NPSH values m e a n that l o w e r s y s t e m p r e s s u r e s can b e used. This in t u r n r e d u c e s t h e d a n g e r o f cavitation w h i c h can b e a p r o b l e m in p u m p s o f this size. The NB series is suitable for all HVAC a p p l i c a t i o n s and can also b e used for circulating w a t e r in public swimming pools,industrial plants, irrigation and drainage in agricultural applications and general w a t e r supplies. T h e e n c l o s e d drive is fan c o o l e d a n d has a h i g h quality three-phase squirrel cage motor, says t h e c o m p a n y .
