Nominations for Officers of the American Dairy Science Association The progress of your Association depends upon your participation in its various programs and the cMiber of leade~hip elected. Therefore, it is exceedingly important that each A D S A member give serious consideration to nominations to fill the following elected positions in 1969-1970. 1. Vice-President from the Production area. The eleetee succeeds to the Presidency in 1970-1971. 2. One Director from the Manufacturing area to serve for a period of three years. 3. One Director from the Production area to serve for a period of three years. The Association covers a broad spectrum of activities, and representatives of as many dif~ ferent major interests as possible in the Board of Directors is important. All members are urged to give attention to the prospective nominees' background and affiliation as well as to his other leadership qualifications. Each member will receive from the National Office of A D S A special forms on which to make nominations. These will be transmitted to the Nominating Committee, which has the responsibility of selecting two candidates for each position. I f a member fails to receive a
